IFA Quality

As well as a wide range of customer approvals, IFA holds NADCAP accreditations covering all aspects of our forging and associated services.

In 2016 we launched our in-house testing & inspection facility, IFA Technology Centre, which gives the capability to perform mechanical testing and provide the technical resource to undertake all metallurgical investigations in-house.

This facility helps reduce lead times, as all test samples, testing, and certification are now integrated on site. The laboratory has the capability to perform mechanical tensile and impact testing over a range of temperatures and provide full metallurgical assessments, which we include as part of our certification for customers’ products.
